This project was part of a wide range of development projects that was taking place in Tripoli during the recent years. The site held the remains of a circular hospital from the 80´s that was never used. An important part of the project consisted in defining the health care strategy that would be suitable to current conditions but within a sustainable strategy to adapt in the future.
